How to download invoices in bulk?

The article explains how to download multiple invoices at once from the STX Climate Tech platform.

Please note that only trades completed with STX will be available for the bulk download from the STX Climate Tech platform.

Within this article, the term "trade files" refers to invoices, contracts, certificates, or trade records. To download trade files, follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to the Trades section of the STX Climate Tech platform from the main dashboard.

  2. Click the 'Download' button to see the list of available export options.

  3. From the following options: Displayed Trades, Certificates, Contracts, or Invoices, you should choose Invoices.
    NOTE: By default, the download button will take all trades for the past 10 years. Should you need something different, please follow the filtering procedure.
  4. Click the 'Download' button to start the download process. 
  5. The waiting message shall appear on the screen.
  6. Once the file is downloaded, the confirmation message shall appear on the screen.
    NOTE: If the files did not download automatically, please use the 'Save File' button in the green box to manually initiate the download.
