Why are there multiple trades for one invoice?

Multiple trades may be settled or executed simultaneously on behalf of your entity. Unless communicated otherwise in advance, STX Group may consolidate several trades into a single invoice for operational efficiency.

Each invoice line item will specify the unique trade reference ID, trade date, quantity, price, and other pertinent transaction details to facilitate clear identification of the corresponding trade.

Purchase Orders

In scenarios where a Purchase Order (PO) encompasses multiple trades, invoicing may be deferred until delivery of all trades associated with that PO has been finalized. Upon completion and confirmation of delivery, a comprehensive invoice will be issued, encompassing all trades covered by the relevant Purchase Order. This approach provides clear, transparent records and helps ensure your processes and compliance needs are fully supported.

Splitting Invoices

Should you require the invoice to be split, STX Group can accommodate your request—particularly for corporate groups where multiple trades may be allocated to separate legal entities due to distinct delivery arrangements. If your organization prefers to receive individual invoices for each relevant entity or transaction, please complete the designated form at the link below. Our team will promptly process your requestand reissue the corresponding invoices.
