How long will the redemption procedure take?
If you are still awaiting your certificate, it is possible that your redemption has been processed but the official document has not yet been issued.
STX will redeem your certificates at any point during the redemption window
The timeline for certificate issuance varies by registry. Although the redemption process is executed instantaneously, the official receipt of the certificate may require up to 20 business days or, in some cases, even longer. Processing periods depend on the operational procedures and compliance requirements of each individual registry.
