Why do we need to sign a General Agreement (GA)?
To engage in business activities with STX Group, counterparties enter into a General Agreement with STX. The GA serves as the foundational legal framework, setting out the agreed terms and conditions. A short individual contract is then issued for each transaction, containing the specifics of the transaction closed. By establishing a General Agreement at the outset, both parties ensure clarity, consistency, and efficient execution across all current and future transactions, supporting seamless collaboration.
In very specific cases, a single trade agreement can occur between a counter party and STX.
