What is the status of my trade?
This section explains how to interpret a trade’s overall status of transfer and cancellation trades.
Once a trade is confirmed and the contract is signed, the trade will appear in the STX Climate Tech platform. From that point forward, you can monitor the status of each trade directly within the trades table. There are two types of trades in the STX Digital Portal: cancellation and transfer trades. Below you can find status for each of the types.
Cancellation trades
Each cancellation trade’s status is determined by two independent components: Delivery status and Invoicing status. These are displayed in the respective Delivery and Invoicing columns of the trades table. The table below provides a comprehensive overview of all possible delivery and invoicing states to help you interpret a trade’s progress.
| State | Delivery | Invoicing |
| The delivery has not yet started | Pending delivery | |
| Delivery information is missing. Allocation of the asset is still pending. |
The invoice is overdue. PO number is missing. |
|
| The state does not exist | Payment is pending. | |
| The delivery is completed. | The invoice is paid. |
Tip: You can hover your cursor over the status icon to display the current status in plain text.
Transferred trades
Occasionally, you may notice an additional circle in the delivery status.
A circle featuring a “T” icon reflects the status of a transfer trade—the trades which are exclusively cancellable by the registry, not by STX. As a result, transfer trades can have the following two status states:
| State | Description |
| The trade has not yet been sent to the registry. | |
| |
The trade has been successfully sent to the registry. |
Once the trade has been submitted to the registry, you must initiate a cancellation to generate the cancellation certificates.
