Where can I find trade ID?

This article guides in locating the trade ID within the STX Digital Platform. The trade ID is a required reference for submitting support requests; including it ensures your inquiry can be processed and resolved without delay.

To obtain the trade ID (unique identifier of any trade), you have to:

  1. Navigate to the Trades section of the STX Digital Platform from the main dashboard.

  2. Click the desired trade from the list to access trade details.
  3. In the trade details panel at the top of the screen, you will find the trade ID. Please ensure you copy all information highlighted in the red box to help us support your request as efficiently as possible.
