Why can’t I access the platform?
Sometimes, access to the Climate Tech Platform can be blocked by your internal network environment. This article explains how to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We have seen the issue before and thus have a potential solution. It seems that access to our platform is being blocked by your network environment. This doesn’t happen often, but a few other clients have run into the same situation.
To ensure that the access is not blocked, please get in touch with your IT department and inform them that they may need to allow access to our platform. To make this easier, we’ve prepared a ready-to-use message you can forward to them:
"I am trying to register on the Climate Tech Platform by STX, an EAC (Environmental Attribute Certificate) management platform that supports sustainability-related tasks. It appears that our network is currently blocking access to this platform.Here are the links for your reference:
